The Human Relations Lead is responsible for leading the employee life cycle and driving the Organisation’s People Philosophy of developing happy, healthy high performers and optimising our people being our greatest assets and our culture our greatest strength.

Lead the People Development Philosophy and Employee Life Cycle.

  • Talent Attraction & Management - recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, career development, learning & development to exit interviews.

The ongoing consolidation and improvement of HR Administration, Projects, Policies & HR Best Practise

  • Drafting of employment agreements, job profiles and employee portal management
  • Payroll support to Head of Finance and Employee Self Service Management

SA Labour Law & Employee Relations Management

  • Annual Employment Equity Reporting and Planning
  • Work Skills Plan Reporting
  • Occupational Health & Safety Compliance

Employee Engagement

  • Caretake and lead the Wellbeing Model and overall health and happiness of all teams and people.
  • Employee Surveys, diversity & inclusion, team building and social responsibility involvement.
  • Nurture a culture of care and community

Leadership alignment

  • Drive and caretake the HYH Learning and Leadership Development Model.
  • Lead, mentor, coach and support the high performance and overall health of the teams.
